Civil Engineering Client Service Manager

MIG|SvR is looking for a dynamic, inspiring senior-level engineer to augment our current leadership and help take our unique practice to new heights in the Pacific Northwest.

This position requires someone that can build teams, mentor staff, and apply strong technical skills to execute on a range of projects.

Specifically, the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Licensed civil engineer in the state of Washington (other states a plus)
  • Experience in a variety of built public works projects
  • Strength in best practices and cutting-edge design and implementation
  • Active in public works organizations within the state of Washington
  • Ability to travel for projects and build marketplaces in both Washington and Oregon
  • Inquisitive and outgoing with strong business development skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented personality and approach

We expect that the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least five years in the Pacific Northwest. As a working leadership role, we anticipate that this position will be 30% billable, with the balance devoted to building the practice through an array of business development and marketing efforts.

Civil Engineer

MIG|SvR is looking for a civil engineer with 3-4 years of experience. License preferred. Work/interest should include drainage design and mobility.
